Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Shipping Policy:

All regular orders will ship within 1-5 business days via USPS with a tracking number. Order fulfillment time will be extended to 7-14 business days or less due to sales. Pre-order shipping times are stated on the pre-order tab.

USPS Priority or UPS shipping is available and will be automatically calculated for items over 1lb. We understand a customer's eagerness to receive their order however we must emphasize that once your order is shipped it's no longer in our possession and all now in the hands of the USPS. We then have no control over the efficiency or condition in which your order is delivered.

Also UPS & USPS ship times are in addition to our processing times.

Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business day which is based on origin, destination and drop off time. UPS Ground 1-5 days.

Insurance for packages is now being offered through Route. If you decline the insurance know that outside of what USPS covers for priority packaging we will not cover the difference. The insurance is not costly and well worth it. 

Tracking:

We send out tracking numbers on all boxes that are going UPS and USPS Priority Mail (unless you are an International customer in which case you will be sent the customs number). Tracking numbers are generally sent out in the evening. If you do not receive your tracking number be sure to check any SPAM filters you may have. They love to get caught there!

If you received a tracking number via email from us you can track your package easily. Usually, you can just click the link in the email and it takes you to a page where it displays tracking information. If it does not work try the links below:

First class packages have NO insurance and will bot be replaced if damaged, stolen or lost. 

Priority packages are insured if the USPS or UPS tracking shows your order has been delivered please refer to find missing mail for information on finding your missing order and/or filing a claim with USPS or UPS. Once orders have been shipped they are no longer our responsibility.

Shipping Holidays:

Please be aware of UPS holidays and US Post Office holidays On these days your box will be packed by us but will not go out until the holiday is over.  

Weekends:

If you place an order after 10:00am Friday, it may not be processed until Monday morning. There are several US legal holidays that occur on Mondays. Be aware that we cannot ship USPS parcels on those days. 

Bad Addresses:

Please double check your shipping address as you enter it. Relying on your browser's auto-fill is a mistake. Why? Because it makes mistakes all the time. We ship packages to the address you provide. It is up to you to provide a correct and complete address. If we ship to a wrong address and it comes back to us, we will restock your order and issue a refund for the product only. We will not reimburse you for the shipping costs if you provide a bad address. Take a moment to double check and check again before hitting that submit button, please!

We do our best to provide daily updates if there are shipping delays in our facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/kraftkrackglitter

Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us at customerservice@kraftkrackglitter.com if you have any problems with your order within 24-48 hours of receipt. In the event a exception is made to our cancellation policy there will be a $25 fee deducted from your refund. 

Any refunds that need to be given due to pre-order items not coming in or an accidental overstock via the site will be issued in the form of a store credit.
